The area subject to the competition is the “Sinan Triangle” in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul province, defined by Şemsi Ahmet Paşa Camisi [Şemsi Ahmet Paşa Mosque], Mihrimah Sultan İskele Camisi [Mihrimah Sultan Port Mosque] and the Sinan hamam/bath today known as Mimar Sinan Market, and its close vicinity, excluding private property.
